Registration fees

(all prices are shown in Euros)

'EARLY BIRD' deadline extended until 15 August!

The registration price includes:

• attendance at all open conference sessions including paper and poster sessions, general assemblies, workshops and tutorials
• attendance at the evening reception on September 5th
• professional tours on September 7th
• conference programme and other materials
• a travel pass giving free public transportation (buses, underground and S-train) within Frankfurt and to the airport

The registration price does not include:

• the two evening concerts on 6th and 7th September
• the farewell dinner on 8th September

Notes:

¹ A IASA member registration is available only to currently subscribed individual and institutional members of IASA. Not a IASA member? Join here (opens in new window). Note that membership applications can only be confirmed after payment is received by the IASA Treasurer.

² A Student registration is available only if after you have registered online you fax a photocopy of your valid student ID card with expiration date to the IASA Treasurer: Fax +49 69 15687 25-150. 

³ accompanying persons registration is for spouses/partners who accompany a registered student/IASA/non-member.

Cancellations:

Registrations cancelled before August 10^th, 2011 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees and the extra costs. Registrations cancelled after August 10^th, 2011 will not be eligible for a refund.

Registration and Conference Desk

A conference registration and information desk will be set up at the conference venues.

On Sunday, 4th September it will be located in the foyer of the conference rooms K1 and K2 at the Hessischer Rundfunk / Hessian Broadcasting (hr), building K 2nd floor.

From Monday, 5th September - Thursday, 8th September the desk will be located in front of the Vortragssaal in the Deutsche Nationalbibliothek / German National Library (DNB), 1st floor.

Delegates can collect their conference bags and other relevant information from the desk.

Sunday to Tuesday (4th to 6th September) and Thursday (8th September):

8.30 to 14.00 h.
